Set your goals- I want to show off my legs more!!

Task three- Set your goals

My plans are simple really I am going to set my goals very simply and hope to achieve the biggest weight loss in the first month.


Start 12th September 2011
One month/12th October
Total 4 kilos - 85.6kgs
I want to stop feeling bloated & feel less breathless
I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter
 I want to get rid of my unhealthy eating habits
I want to feel more confident
I want people to stop and look at me & say 'have you had your hair done?' just because they know I look good but they just don't know why HAHA

Two months/12 November
Total7kilos - 82.6kgs

I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter
I want to be able to fit into the dress I wore to my daughter's debut
I want to fit into my wedding dress again
I want to fit into the gorgeous black blouse that landed me my current job 2 years ago



Three months/12 December
Total 10 kilos - 79.6kgs
& feeling hot, hot, HOT!!
I want to wear a sexy swimsuit & lay on a banana lounge at the dam or beach & be admired again.
I want to feel sexy & comfortable in my clothes at the same time.
I want to show off more of my legs
I plan to see a doctor to have those unsightly veins in the back of my legs shrunk
I WANT MY LEGS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE WHEN I WAS 27 !!!
 Maybe asking a bit too much there hehehe


I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter

6months
Maintain the weight
12 months maintain the weight
I want to inspire others to lose weight and get fit especially my staff at work- look out guys I m coming to get you!!

Task 2 - Get Real

Get real.........really? Oh boy
List your excuses
Ok Then here I go This should be easy I 'm good at excuses LOL

Firstly I don't have the time
It's too dark now
I don't have the right shoes
Don't have the right clothes
Have a headache, backache
Feel sick
Too tired
It's raining
Too cold, too hot
Someone will see me..I m embarrased if they see me ....cause?? my bum wobbles doesn't it!!
AND teh one my hubby said not to forget to mention is ...Can't go for a walk cause Craig's leg is too sore and he can't come with me .GEEZ thanks Husband.........

HAH I m sure there's more but really I'm too tired and my back's sore so you'll have to wait till tomorrow,told you I 'm good at this excuses thingy hehe

Pre season Task 1- Introduce myself

 I am Vicki and I am about to embark on one of the biggest  journey's of my life where I will become the best person I can be. Please follow me, encourage me and help me to achieve my goals. I am taking part in Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Tranformation http://www.12wbt.com/ commencing on 12 September 2011.
First I have to complete some pre season tasks leading up to the 12th. The first one being 'Introduce Yourself'
 So if you follow my blog  I can promise you that I will be honest and true to myself and tell it like it is or how it comes.

12 wbt Pre season

This is the first day of my weight loss challenge with Michele Bridges. She has set up some pre season tasks for me to do BUT if I have to be honest..........I am struggling...I must admit I am a bit nervous, I don't want to fail myself or others.
