OMG I just realised that I have reached my 1 month goal even before the goal date
This morning I weighed 85.1kgs YEeeeeee Haaaa!!!
I am stoked!!!!

I want to stop feeling bloated & feel less breathless Yes I feel less bloated & definately less breathless
I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter Yes I feel healthier, stronger & fitter definately! I want to get rid of my unhealthy eating habits Yes, didn't realise how much I had improved until I seen those chokky fudge things on the menu at McDonalds yesterday.I would treat myself to these just aboout every 2 or 3 days for afternoon tea or dessert. Haven't looked at them for a month.I want to feel more confident Nailed this one already, improving more each day
I want people to stop and look at me & say 'have you had your hair done?' just because they know I look good but they just don't know why HAHA Haha this is very funny......people say things like...your'e glowing today...your'e hair is so shiny....That shirt is really nice is it new haha NO I 've been wearing it at least twice per week and you see me everyday ....Maybe they are just noticing that I work in the building ...hmmm
Do you know what else though?
I done my Seek and Destroy Cardio Workout DVD yesterday and felt like I could have done more
THEN this morning I went for a walk..hills and all and when I returned home I felt like I could have done much more. Don't even feel sore.
I decided now that I need to STEP IT UP if I am going to lose more.

fell off'a tha wagon today
Well, I kinda fell off'a tha wagon today. Would you like to know what helped me fall?
(hubby is just behind me on the lounge shhhhh......
Ok here 'Tis
Had to go into work early so because that was out of routine I wasn't sure when I was going to see Maccas again for the rest of the day so yeah, 1 x tall ice coffee........with a caramel slice hehe
Then off to work to start at 7am.
Ok still kinda on track...who am I kidding??
Heading for an early lunch to feed 6 hungry kids and thought I would choose the chips and gravy option cause why??
My excuse ? 'cause it was an old style cafe that wouldn't sell anything but greasy food, right?
OMG thats a beauty HAHA
I could have just asked for a salad or sandwich, couldn't I?
Ok off we go back to 'The cottage' to do some arts and crafts with the kids.no wait kids are sceaming at me... BUT, Vicki u promised us an icecream at Maccas.
Oh Boy !!!
After a stop over for icecream cone, we then went back to 'The Cottage' to do arts and crafts.
Cool blew my diet and also didn't feel like doing my exercises last night or this morning because I only finished work at 11.30pm last night so didnt get much sleep did I.
Anyway after a visit from the Boss about reports that need to be in b friday, I left my 8 hr job to continue on to put in another 3 hrs trying to do my report, which obviously called for a bit of sustagen in the form of another iced coffee and caramel slice.
Oh geez!!!
I still have the chance to be good, RIGHT?
What the hell am I doing here!!! Far Out ! You know what I did then, went to buy some healthy alternatives at the local supermarket but came out with chocolate sultanas hidden in the shopping basket.
and YES I ATE THEM whilst I was making my healthy pizza.
What can I say I seriously should know better and am feeling pretty crappy about myself,
how will I redeem myself.
NOW, I 'm off to bed to see if I can get a good night sleep so I won't feel damn lazy tomorrow...

- Personal Functions mmmmm this not too hard..not a lot happening so maybe I plan to leave some days open for spontaneous things to do lol

- Plan shopping days- yep starting with saturday afternoons with Hubby and may be a couple of days through the week for fresh fruit and vegs

This one is by far the hardest yet for me
I haven't done too bad EXCEPT when it came to the softdrinks
I am being honest with myself , I have not yet given this up.SHOOT ME NOW??
I drink the Caffeine free/sugar free GOLD can variety of Coca Cola yep this is one of my biggest downfalls right up there with chocolate and Iced Coffee's
MY 3 biggest problem areas are:

Cans of caffeine free/sugar free coca cola
Chocolate IN ANY FORM AND IN LARGE AMOUNTS.....I reckon I could eat about at least half a block per day OUCH!!!

HOME GYM equipment-I have an exercise bike, gym ball & a skipping rope
OUTDOORS- I can walk and stretch and do step ups & I can try to run ...did I say RUN hehe we'll see...
BOOTCAMP- where does this fit ?? In the gym or outdoors , its done outdoors so yeah guess that's where I'll put it.....geez get with it woman!!
GYM- well I am going to join the GYM one that is open 24/7cause the hours of opening have worked against me before.........

- Training shoes......DONE got myself a new pair a month ago yay me!!
- Singlets and shirts- NEED to buy more long ones - well I am tall so I find I prefer something to come down at least over half of my butt (at this stage anyway!) NOT EASY TO FIND IN EXERCISE GEAR!!
- 3/4 pants /tights etc- prob have enough- NO never have enough BUY MORE VICKI
- Sox- found some more sox after the house move...YAY
- Sunnies- have 1 pair but Hubby thinks I need a new pair 'cause these ones are so scratched....OH OK THEN your'e shout though
- Sunscreen & Lipgloss for lip protection from the elements...can not have another Coldsore like the one I have a the moment YUKKO......NASTY

Task three- Set your goals
My plans are simple really I am going to set my goals very simply and hope to achieve the biggest weight loss in the first month.
Start 12th September 2011
One month/12th October
Total 4 kilos - 85.6kgs
I want to stop feeling bloated & feel less breathless
I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter
I want to get rid of my unhealthy eating habits
I want to feel more confident
I want people to stop and look at me & say 'have you had your hair done?' just because they know I look good but they just don't know why HAHA
Two months/12 November
Total7kilos - 82.6kgs
I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter
I want to be able to fit into the dress I wore to my daughter's debut
I want to fit into my wedding dress again
I want to fit into the gorgeous black blouse that landed me my current job 2 years ago
Three months/12 December
Total 10 kilos - 79.6kgs
& feeling hot, hot, HOT!!
I want to wear a sexy swimsuit & lay on a banana lounge at the dam or beach & be admired again.
I want to feel sexy & comfortable in my clothes at the same time.
I want to show off more of my legs
I plan to see a doctor to have those unsightly veins in the back of my legs shrunk
I WANT MY LEGS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE WHEN I WAS 27 !!!
Maybe asking a bit too much there hehehe

Task 2 - Get Real
Get real.........really? Oh boy

Ok Then here I go This should be easy I 'm good at excuses LOL
Firstly I don't have the time
It's too dark now
I don't have the right shoes
Don't have the right clothes
Have a headache, backache
Feel sick
Too tired
It's raining
Too cold, too hot
Someone will see me..I m embarrased if they see me ....cause?? my bum wobbles doesn't it!!
AND teh one my hubby said not to forget to mention is ...Can't go for a walk cause Craig's leg is too sore and he can't come with me .GEEZ thanks Husband.........

12 wbt Pre season
This is the first day of my weight loss challenge with Michele Bridges. She has set up some pre season tasks for me to do BUT if I have to be honest..........I am struggling...I must admit I am a bit nervous, I don't want to fail myself or others.
