- I am committed to losing weight BY resisting the chocolates that I LOVE TO EAT agh!!
- I am committed to putting the effort into this program that I bneed to achieve weight loss and feel healthy and GOOD ABOUT MYSELF.
- I am committed to losing weight so I can feel comfortable in clothes again
- I am committed to achieving all the goals on my list in the set time I planned...12weeks
