fell off'a tha wagon today

Well, I kinda fell off'a tha wagon today. Would you like to know what helped me fall?

(hubby is just behind me on the lounge shhhhh......
Ok here 'Tis

Had to go into work early so because that was out of routine I wasn't sure when I was going to see Maccas again for the rest of the day so yeah, 1 x tall ice coffee........with a caramel slice hehe

Then off to work to start at 7am.

Ok still kinda on track...who am I kidding??

Heading for an early lunch to feed 6 hungry kids and thought I would choose the chips and gravy option cause why??
My excuse ? 'cause it was an old style cafe that wouldn't sell anything but greasy food, right?
OMG thats a beauty HAHA
I could have just asked for a salad or sandwich, couldn't I?

Ok off we go back to 'The cottage' to do some arts and crafts with the kids.no wait kids are sceaming at me... BUT, Vicki u promised us an icecream at Maccas.
Oh Boy !!!

After a stop over for icecream cone, we then went back to 'The Cottage' to do arts and crafts.

Cool blew my diet and also didn't feel like doing my exercises last night or this morning because I only finished work at 11.30pm last night so didnt get much sleep did I.

Anyway after a visit from the Boss about reports that need to be in b friday, I left my 8 hr job to continue on to put in another 3 hrs trying to do my report, which obviously called for a bit of sustagen in the form of another iced coffee and caramel slice.

Oh geez!!!

I still have the chance to be good, RIGHT?

What the hell am I doing here!!! Far Out ! You know what I did then, went to buy some healthy alternatives at the local supermarket but came out with chocolate sultanas hidden in the shopping basket.

and YES I ATE THEM whilst I was making my healthy pizza.

What can I say I seriously should know better and am feeling pretty crappy about myself,
how will I redeem myself.

NOW, I 'm off to bed to see if I can get a good night sleep so I won't feel damn lazy tomorrow...

Task 8- FInal TAsk- MeasuRe Up

Task 7 - ORGANISE & DIARISE

yEp hAVE sTARTEd to OrgAnise &* DiaRisE everything

Feeling pretty good about the tasks now

TASKS:

  1. List all functions etc in diary..started with work functions etc already
  2. Personal Functions mmmmm this not too hard..not  a lot happening so maybe I plan to leave some days open for spontaneous things to do lol
  3. Diarise all your workout- not yet done
  4. Plan shopping days- yep starting with saturday afternoons with Hubby and may be a couple of days through the week for fresh fruit and vegs

Mini Milestones - Week 4
                               Week 8             HMMmmm yet to do
Major Milestone - Week 12            Really have no idea LOL NOT FUNNY

TAsk 6 - KITCHEN MAKEOVER

This one is by far the hardest yet for me

I haven't done too bad EXCEPT when it came to the softdrinks

I am being honest with myself , I have not yet given this up.SHOOT ME NOW??

I drink the Caffeine free/sugar free GOLD can variety of Coca Cola yep this is one of my biggest downfalls right up there with chocolate and Iced Coffee's

MY 3 biggest problem areas are:

McDonald Iced Coffee's from McCafe 
Cans of caffeine free/sugar free coca cola
Chocolate IN ANY FORM AND IN LARGE AMOUNTS.....I reckon I could eat about at least half a block per day OUCH!!!

Task 5-Say it Out Loud

SAY IT OUT LOUD!!!!!

My committment is to me......

  • I am committed to be the best person I can be.
BY.........committing to doing it what it takes to GET THERE.
  • I am committed to losing weight BY resisting the chocolates that I LOVE TO EAT agh!!
  • I am committed to putting the effort into this program that I bneed to achieve weight loss and feel healthy and GOOD ABOUT MYSELF.
  • I am committed to losing weight so I can feel comfortable in clothes again
  • I am committed to achieving all the goals on my list in the set time I planned...12weeks

Week 4 - Gear Up

Well I am a little bit behind on the posts for Pre season Tasks but still hanging in there and NOT giving up YET

Where am I going to train??

Yeck let me think........mmmmmmm

Think I'll mix it up a bit

HOME GYM equipment-I have an exercise bike, gym ball & a skipping rope
OUTDOORS- I can walk and stretch and do step ups & I can try to run ...did I say RUN hehe we'll see...
BOOTCAMP- where does this fit ?? In the gym or outdoors , its done outdoors so yeah guess that's where I'll put it.....geez get with it woman!!
GYM- well I am going to join the GYM one that is open 24/7cause the hours of opening have worked against me before.........


What gear do I need??????

  • Training shoes......DONE got myself a new pair a month ago yay me!!
  • Singlets and shirts- NEED to buy more long ones - well I am tall so I find I prefer something to come down at least over half of my butt (at this stage anyway!) NOT EASY TO FIND IN EXERCISE GEAR!!
  • 3/4 pants /tights etc- prob have enough- NO never have enough BUY MORE VICKI
  • Sox- found some more sox after the house move...YAY
  • Sunnies- have 1 pair but Hubby thinks I need a new pair 'cause these ones are so scratched....OH OK THEN your'e shout though
  • Sunscreen & Lipgloss for lip protection from the elements...can not have another Coldsore like the one I have a the moment YUKKO......NASTY

Thats about it for now, moving on to next task
