My plans are simple really I am going to set my goals very simply and hope to achieve the biggest weight loss in the first month.
Start 12th September 2011
One month/12th October
Total 4 kilos - 85.6kgs
I want to stop feeling bloated & feel less breathless
I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter
I want to get rid of my unhealthy eating habits
I want to feel more confident
I want people to stop and look at me & say 'have you had your hair done?' just because they know I look good but they just don't know why HAHA
Two months/12 November
Total7kilos - 82.6kgs
I want to feel healthier, stronger & fitter
I want to be able to fit into the dress I wore to my daughter's debut
I want to fit into my wedding dress again
I want to fit into the gorgeous black blouse that landed me my current job 2 years ago
Three months/12 December
Total 10 kilos - 79.6kgs
& feeling hot, hot, HOT!!
I want to wear a sexy swimsuit & lay on a banana lounge at the dam or beach & be admired again.
I want to feel sexy & comfortable in my clothes at the same time.
I want to show off more of my legs
I plan to see a doctor to have those unsightly veins in the back of my legs shrunk
I WANT MY LEGS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE WHEN I WAS 27 !!!
Maybe asking a bit too much there hehehe

I want to inspire others to lose weight and get fit especially my staff at work- look out guys I m coming to get you!!
